We understand that satisfaction is crucial. If you are dissatisfied with your product, we support returns and exchanges without reason within 30 business days. Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days, Except for quality issues, products should show no signs of damage.
Note: Please contact customer service in advance for returns or exchanges. Without prior communication, returns will not be processed.
How to Make a Return
Before returning a product, contact us at service@muscleblissgun.com to confirm the return process. For quality or damage-related returns, provide a video or picture for verification. Upon confirmation, a refund will be processed, with us covering the shipping cost.
If you are unsatisfied due to color, size, or personal reasons, bear the return costs. Send the product and label in the original package. No relisting fees apply.
Cancel Order
Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes. We process cancellation requests within 24 working hours. After a successful cancellation, the refund will be returned to your payment account. Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled after 30 minutes due to irreversible packaging.
Refund Arrival
Refunds typically arrive within 1-2 business days, depending on your payment method. The shipping fee is non-refundable. Contact customer service if overdue, and we’ll check your processing status.
